Hay una nueva ley en Uganda. Esta ley trata sobre el dinero que viene de otros países. El gobierno quiere saber quién recibe ese dinero. Es posible que llamen a esas personas «agentes extranjeros».

Hay gente que está muy enfadada. Dicen que el gobierno quiere impedir que la gente hable o se queje. Un taxista tiene miedo. Dice que si deja de llegar dinero de otros países, se quedará sin trabajo. Entonces, su familia no tendrá dinero para comer.

Hay quien dice que la ley está bien. El gobierno debería controlar el dinero. Pero muchos grupos dicen que la ley es mala para los negocios. La gente no será libre. Todo el mundo está a la espera de ver si la ley se aplica o no.
