Una empresa llamada Anthropic ha creado un nuevo modelo de IA llamado Claude Mythos.

Esta IA es muy buena con el código informático y la ciberseguridad. Es capaz de detectar errores en los sistemas informáticos muy rápidamente. Incluso puede combinar cuatro o cinco pequeños errores para lanzar un gran ciberataque.

Esto es peligroso porque los hackers podrían usarla para atacar a empresas eléctricas, bolsas de valores o al ejército. Como Claude Mythos es tan potente, Anthropic no se la da a todo el mundo. Solo un pequeño grupo de socios en EE. UU. puede usarla para solucionar problemas de seguridad.

Otros países, como la India, no están contentos. Les preocupa que, sin esta IA, no puedan proteger sus ordenadores. En febrero de 2026, los líderes mundiales se reunieron para hablar sobre las normas globales para la IA, pero a los países les cuesta mucho ponerse de acuerdo, porque quieren mantener sus tecnologías a salvo.
