En Francia, muchos hogares se quedan sin electricidad. En Alemania, nieva intensamente en el norte. Las escuelas cierran y la gente se queda en casa. Las carreteras no son seguras, por lo que los trabajadores las limpian y echan sal. Los trenes circulan menos y los aviones llegan tarde. Las autoridades piden a la gente que se mantenga a salvo y viaje lo menos posible. El frío continúa. Hay que tener cuidado.
